2. Description of Service

Imagixo provides free online image conversion tools that allow you to:

• Convert images between various formats (JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, etc.)
• Convert images to PDF and PDF to images
• Process multiple files simultaneously

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Imagixo only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to disrupt or overload our servers
• Use automated tools to excessively access our services
• Circumvent any security measures
• Use the service for commercial scraping or data collection

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the images you upload. By using our service, you grant us a temporary license to process your files solely for the purpose of conversion. This license terminates when your files are deleted from our servers.

The Imagixo name, logo, and website design are our property and may not be used without permission.

5. File Handling

• Files are uploaded temporarily for processing
• All files are automatically deleted within 10 minutes
• We do not store, backup, or archive your files
• You are responsible for maintaining your own copies

6. Service Limitations

• Maximum file size: 50MB per file
• Maximum files per conversion: 20 files
• We reserve the right to limit usage to prevent abuse

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Imagixo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific conversion results or quality
• Compatibility with all file types or browsers

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imagixo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or files
• Service interruptions
• Conversion errors or quality issues
• Third-party actions

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Imagixo from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Imagixo after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to our services at any time, for any reason, without notice.
